PERSONAL is an intimate, raw, and deeply human theater performance that unravels the hidden stories of a team of office cleaners. When a sudden announcement shakes their routine, long-buried secrets, dreams, and confessions rise to the surface, transforming their relationships in ways they never expected.

Created collaboratively by the actors themselves, PERSONAL is a striking mosaic of personal truths. Each performer brought a song that resonated with their soul, transforming its lyrics into text, weaving a tapestry of shared and solitary experiences under the direction of Manuel Saez. The result is a provocative, contemporary piece that blurs the line between the collective and the individual, inviting the audience to question: What do we share, and what do we keep hidden?

A celebration of the Spanish language (with English subtitles), PERSONAL marks the culmination of Smoko Company's theater course, offering a powerful exploration of connection, vulnerability, and the stories we all carry.
